Upload Requirements
For the very best DTF printing results, please ensure your artwork meets the following specifications before uploading:
- File Format: PNG with transparent background (preferred) or PDF
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for best print quality
- Color Mode: RGB
- Max File Size: 25MB per file
Heat Press Settings
Follow these settings for best results when applying your DTF transfer:
- Temperature: 305°F – 320°F (152°C – 160°C)
- Pressure: Medium-firm
- Time: 15–20 seconds
- Peel: Hot peel — peel immediately while the transfer is still hot, peeling slowly at a low angle
Application Tips
- Pre-press the garment for 12 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles
- Position your transfer and cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet
- Peel the transfer immediately after pressing while still hot — do not wait for it to cool.
- For best durability, press again for 12 seconds after peeling with parchment paper on top
Compatible Fabrics
DTF transfers work on most fabrics including cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and leather. Not recommended for waterproof or heavily textured materials.
